They recently repainted, fresh carpet, New booths. It looked nice. The menu has less items. I ordered the classic cheeseburger, which was a little pink. Fries were great.
Really like the place, it has this 'less is more' sort of atmosphere. Food is fabulous, and service is good as well
We were excited to try this restaurant for breakfast. We were seated right away as the restaurant was not busy. The hostess brought us water quickly but then we sat for 15minutes without any acknowledgment from a server. We left and went to Salt and Iron and had a lovely experience.
I've been here many a time and it always delivers a quality experience. Just a very No Frills, General American Fare restaurant with a large menu and a lot of seating options. Big picture windows give views of people walking by. There's also in Edmonds themed bar there. If it gets busy you can sit in the bar , because that doesn't fill up like the restaurant does. I was really impressed with a young woman with facial piercings who works in the bar and was single handedly serving breakfast for everyone there.
Nice family run diner. Service is friendly and efficient. I had a perfect crab Bennie.
