In regards to the off leash area - this is one of the best dog parks around! Responsible dog owners too.
Awesome views. Awesome dog park. Playground for the kids. BBQ pits for your picnics. Fun place to take the family or meditate at the beach.
The public park is beautiful. I have a separate review in regards to the dog park. Too many irresponsible owners, lots of aggression. Park itself is beautiful though, it's a shame the type of crowd ruins it.
Great park on south side. Grass few tables beach. Next to dog park so no dogs allowed. But dog owners apparently can't read the signs.
Great boat launch. Best in town. They hoist your boat off your trailer and gently set it in the water. Trailer never gets wet. Parking nearby. Of course this upscale service is expensive!!! Guest mortgage is nice and has option for power on the dock. Plus gas station on the dock. I've never had a bad experience with my boat docked here even when the docks are completely full and rafting up on your neighbor is required. Everyone seems friendly and respectful. I gave this only four stars because of the launch, moorage and parking cost. $$$ Most of the year the launch closes at 5 p.m. sharp. This means if you come putting in at 5:01 p.m. you will be paying for overnight guest moorage and pulling out in the morning. Still this is my favorite place to launch and moor as a guest.
