These guys were amazing. It's the second time we have used them and both times they were fast, efficient and careful. It was a pleasure to work with them and I refer them to everyone I know.
We recently moved our 4 bedroom house across the state, and couldn't have done it without Careful Movers! Not only did we have a house full of "stuff", we also had an antique grand piano to move. Careful Movers (who also do business as All Star Movers out of Edmonds, WA) specialize in delicate transfers like our piano. Laron (one of the owners), Cecile (Office Manager), and team did an AMAZING job of coordinating and facilitating our move. By the time the actual move took place I knew exactly what the timeframe and process were going to look like. The actual moving team was professional, quick, and effective. The pricing was very reasonable for such a large job, and it was money well spent. I'm happy to report that our piano made it to "Point B" in great condition, and I haven't found a single piece of furniture or any of our other possessions that were damaged in transit. I HIGHLY recommend Careful Movers/All Star!
Amazing company and amazing group of people. Went above and beyond for me during what was a very stressful move for me and my kids. Will only use this company for any moves in the future. Price was really fair too.
The driver wanted us to pay with cash only and the owner , well the owner I could write a chapter on. This man has no business being in business period. He used very fowl language towards me in a threatening tone and refused to work with us on the items damaged and overall horrible experience. Do not use this company.
We used this company and are going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. This company uses deceptive business practices. We learned after our move that they lied to us, stating they were licensed and insured.We researched this claim and found out they had there licensed revoked and are no longer supposed to do any business as a moving company in this state.During the course of our move , many items were damaged and it was quite obvious the guys they sent were on drugs.
