Consistently less than friendly service here. I will go to Mud Bay whenever I can because of it
We were looking for a way to keep our little pup safe and secure in the car for trips. We originally went to a different store that had a booster seat that was not the quality I would expect for the price. When we went here, they had both a seatbelt clip as well as a booster seat that was very durable and stable in my car. The gal there showed us both options and was very knowledgable...dog safety in cars is no joke. I felt good about the car seat and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. They also have a fabulous selection of just about anything dog and cat related. We will come back in the future for sure!

Absolute best pet shop in the PNW. I love how attentive, knowledgeable and resourceful their staff is, they always go out of their way to help, make great suggestions, and treat my puppy. I would recommend this store to all of my friends.
I don't get to go here as often as I used to now that my dog is on a prescription diet, but I still highly recommend them. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the products that they carry are high quality.
