I have more success finding footwear that actually fit my feet here than any other store I've bought shoes from. I just replaced a pair of leather shoes I bought at Shoreline Wide Shoes EIGHT years ago, and found a comfortable replacement within minutes of browsing at their store. If you've got wide feet and are looking for comfortable, attractive shoes, I highly recommend this place.
I've been a customer of Shoreline Wide Shoes for 20 years or so. I've always had great service from this business, even when they've been quite busy with a lot of customers; patience was key at those times or if I had appts & unable to wait, then returning at a different day or time was better for me; over the yrs, this didn't happen often. All the shoes I've purchased have worn well & lasted many years, everything from sandals, dress shoes, to athletic shoes. For what my feet require, to have shoes which last & are durable, especially since I do a great deal of walking, the shoes are definitely worth the purchase. They carry a vast aray of sizes in wide widths, but keep in mind that not all specialty stores carry every & all sizes, that's a bit unrealistic of any business. If you have questions abt the sizes, widths, or the largest size they carry, call them & ask or go into one of the stores & ask.
I went with my girlfriend to this place. The selection is somewhat limited but boy do they have a vast array of sizes. The staff are attentive and willing to help stretch shoes during one's visit or overnight, if need be. It just feels cramped because it's a former house converted into a shoe store.
I have been several times here to get shoes. I have an extremely wide foot. You really have to press the salespeople to bring shoes to you and be persistent to make the sale. Most of the time the sales people will look at you like quote why don't you know what you want?
