While he was applying moss killer on my roof he took extra time to complete a thorough inspection. I appreciated being aware of the condition of my roof and his honest recommendations. Additionally, while replacing a faulty skylight, he took extra care making sure it was done properly by fixing mistakes of past installers. Contacted NGB Roofing in the morning and Nick arrived to take a look at my roof early afternoon. I have a low-slope, 3 Tab roof. Nick advised it was repairable but that repairs would hold up for only several years due to the low slope. He recommended a different type of roofing, carefully explaining every feature. His quote was extremely reasonable. I accepted the proposal and work began several days later. Work was completed on schedule, no hidden fees or extra charges beyond that which we discussed prior to the work beginning. When the job was complete the only evidence left behind to prove that NGB was here was the new roof, Exceptional Company, extremely professional in all regards. If you need help with any roofing issues NGB would be an excellent choice.
