Great food. Only let down by my own oven
This is my go-to Papa Murphy's. They always have my order ready before they say it will, and the pizza is fantastic. Even better since I can bake it at home and have it fresh.
Been going here lots as we love their pizzas. Personally, I like the freshness of the salads. Extremely friendly staff including Manager, I think her name is Michelle, who always has a smile. Things usually go very fast with service while I wait, and the place is always spotless. It's become our favorite Saturday night meal or on those weeknights after a long day at work.
I called this location 30 minutes in advance to have my pizza ready when I arrived. They told me it was a 20 minute wait, no big deal. When I arrived, my pizza wasn't finished. (Looked like it wasn't even started.) While the cashier helped another gentleman and left me standing at the counter wandering for five minutes, they made my pizza. I asked why it wasn't made already and they said it was a system failure and they were sorry. I asked for a discount and she said it was already discounted cause it was Tuesday. Yah I don't care, if the system messed up, own up to it and do me a solid for my inconvenience. Most businesses do it to avoid bad ratings. Well I left this here in hopes that maybe you will change the way you handle your faults.
Great crew that works hard to get your order to you quickly. Ten dollar Tuesdays are a great value.
