I had a great experience with Electrical Installers. The quality of work done was GREAT and exceeded my expectations. The lighting in my kitchen is spectacular now! Don, the electrician, was nice, hard working, and got the job done on time. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
Well, I call that FALSE ADVERTISING and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
When the service guy left, he stated he would charge me the cost of a service call, so I'm thinking $85.00 plus tax. I get a bill in the mail for $137.40. I call and talk to the customer representative and she tells me that the 30 minute service call is $125.00 and they've been that way for over a year, with the rising cost of gas prices yada...yada...yada... and well yeah it sounds about right. cya!
The job completed - EXCELLENT. He was superb in his arrival time, his completion of work, and clean up. Even tho a friend of a friend referred him to me, I called a couple other companies to compare price. His company was the least amount to which THEY QUOTED ME at $85.00 a half hour and $75.00 an hour after that, so I went with them.
Gas prices are 50% lower - than last year. Raping the consumer is wrong!
I've hired EII for 2 separate jobs and talked to two other folks who also used them. All four experiences were good to great. They're a small company but perfect for smaller jobs. On one job for exterior lights I had to pay for an estimator to come out to give a bid (to be fair, it would have rolled into the price if I hired them) The estimate was $2,000+; EII did it for $650. I highly recommend them.
