Love, love, love this store! Always a huge selection of items at great prices!! Much better store than the Everett TJ Maxx!
So disappointed that they wouldn't let me return my unopened adult sized Halloween costume. They had a tiny sign behind the back counter that said you couldn't return kids costumes (but mine was an adult sized costume). The cashier never mentioned it didn't follow the normal return policy of 30 days and there was no signage at the cash register area. They just decided I couldn't return it and I don't think that is very good customer service at all!! I like shoping at TJ's and I spend a lot of money there every month but now I don't feel like shopping there anymore (and I won't be promoting it to my friends like I used to). Oh well, I'm sure they don't care that they have a dissatisfied customer. Update: The Northgate TJMaxx took my costume back no problem...no questions asked like they should have. So it's just bad policy and service of the Edmonds location.
Good communication skills with costumer, good quality and good price on items.
Always feel like they are watching you when you are looking around.
Shoe selection wasn't great but everything else was pretty good! Will definitely be coming back.
