I got the feeling I was taken advantage of and I suspect the reason is due to staffing issues in addition to dealing with a volume that keeps them so busy that much of the detail process is very rushed and indifferent. They did not deliver the type of precision or finesse that one would expect from a $550 PLATINUM detail job. It still must look good when you’re done and not have more stains than when you started.
These guys did a great job on my car for a decent price. I always bring my car here to be washed and they always do a great job. There have been a couple of times that I have been worried about done sap from trees where I park damaging my paint but they are always able to get it off no problem. Very impressed.
So, I went back to their shop this year and made an all-day, 9:00 am appointment to get their TOP OF THE LINE PLATINUM interior and exterior detail the following week. The results this time seemed not even as good as before or even at level of the regular car wash they do on my wife’s car so I am surprised.
Fast, friendly, and an excellent price! My headlights hadn't been restored for 10 years, they were super foggy, but now they look brand-new! Awesome job!
Also, there are now four large ring-shaped stains on the upholstery and carpet that were not there before. They look like they were from the bottom of a leaky spray bottle. Circular stains on the leather console, the leather seats, a plastic console, and on the carpet.
I was hoping they would offer to redo the job or discount the price paid, but since they have not, I do not recommend choosing their premium detail services because I was highly unsatisfied by the lack of attention to detail, lack of quality control, and lack of follow up with dissatisfied customers.
My truck was very clean to begin with and they had my truck for more than 8 hours. They were still working on it when I went back after 5:15 pm, so I was expecting perfection from their $$$ PLATINUM Package, not only a super meticulous deep cleaning, but the noticeable improvements from the paint, glass, and trim treatments they advertise.
The next day I called them twice (no answer). I e-mailed them my concerns with photographs, I sent them a message via their web site contact app and asked them if I could bring the truck back and what could be done to be sure we are mutually satisfied. They have never responded or contacted me.
I had hand washed the truck myself the day before, so I checked to see if there were “holidays” on the exterior such as I found on the interior. I found a brand-new, deep scratch on the lower rear passenger side corner panel that was not there the day before. There are runs, drips, and splash marks from cleaner, wax, or “Armor All”, on interior and exterior surfaces that were not there before, so I guess they did not do much of a chamois or polish wipe down. It looked as if two of the tires were only half-heartedly wiped with tire shine. I just can’t see how the professional detailers missed so many obvious little things.
I took my Toyota Tacoma in to have some scratches buffed out and to also have the outside detailed. They were very professional and did an awesome job. Truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor again. Will definitely be taking it back when needed.
They could have just told me they weren't servicing anymore. I'd probably schedule for the next day.
Asked me to chose a service tier, then told me there wasn't enough time to perform the one I chose. Instead of just telling me what they were able to do, I had to play the guessing game, 'can you do this one?'
Car got clean for the most part, but windshield still had several dirt spots. Feels like they were in a hurry. I got there at 3:30 pm.
Last year these guys did a nice mid-level detail job on my truck for about $350.
Other reviewers have mentioned what I experienced so I’m changing my previous review to a 1 star. I do not mind paying a premium price for absolute quality, but I do not like paying any amount for something that does not satisfy.
Because of the obvious dust, debris, things that looked like grease spots, coffee splashes, and other missed stains up under the dash carpet, in the glove box, and under the seats, I would say they did a poor and unenthusiastic job of vacuuming the interior and shampooing the carpet, if it was done at all.
I tipped them $40 extra as I paid the $550 package price and quickly drove off without inspecting the vehicle. When I got home I was surprised by what I found.
